LONG OVER DUE

Ok so this is long over due but here it is!!

THE book review for:

CAN YOU KEEP A SECRET

This books deserves 5 stars. The reason I say this is because it was filled with a lot of drama that kept me in suspense at all times. When I was reading each chapter I found myself trying to read faster,to see what would happen next. I found myself wanting more. I would recommend this book to any GIRL.

English Class~>Symbolism

A symbol in this book would have to be an aiplane/. The reason I say this is because it represents the main characters fear of flying. The whole story that starts off the drama is because of a turbulant airplane. The irplane trip send Emma, who si the main craracter, in a whirlwind of lies, and deciet.

Can You Keep A Secret

OKKK Sooo!!! I'm finally on my second book! Yay Me! :3 The bookmI decided to read is called Can You Keep A Secret by Sophie Kinsella. I don't know much about this book except for what my sister told me about it. When she was reading it she was going crazy. She would talk about how there's so much drama in it and how it was so exciting so I asked her if I could borrow the book. Oh and don't let the over fool you the book is just basically about a girl who spills all of her secrets.

Below in bold is a synopsis of the book courtesy or Publushes Weekly on Amazon.com.

Things are suddenly starting to look up for the hapless but optimistic Emma Corrigan. She has kept her job at Panther Cola for nearly a year, has the perfect boyfriend and hopes for a promotion to marketing executive should her first opportunity to strut her stuff and land a business deal be successful. Unfortunately, things don't go quite as planned, and on her unusually turbulent return flight from a disappointing client meeting, in a terrified state, she confesses her innermost secrets to the good-looking stranger sitting beside her. When she shows up at work the next morning, she is horrified to discover that her mystery man is none other than the revered and brilliant Jack Harper, American CEO of Panther Cola, on a weeklong visit to the company's U.K. branch. Thus begins a series of chaotic, emotionally exhausting and funny episodes that thrust Emma, with her workaholic best friend, Lissy, and their awful flatmate Jemima, into a world of fairy tales, secrets and deceit. Venturing beyond Saks and Barney's, the bestselling author of Confessions of a Shopaholic and Shopaholic Ties the Knot entertains readers with backstabbing office shenanigans, competition, scandal, and love The plot is gossamer thin (Jack is keeping secrets of his own) and the lopsided romance not entirely believable, but Kinsella's down-to-earth protagonist is sure to have readers sympathizing and doubled over in laughter.

END OF CANDY!! :D

OK SO!!! I finally finished Candy by Kevin brooks. I loved it! The ending really got my heart pumping. I don't want to give away to much in my post. I've tried really hard>.<. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read. This book does get a bit boring at times but overall its really good :3

Inspiration

"It's not easy-- living in a void, living and dying inside your head...wanting what you want so much that you'd give up everything else to get it-- but the time still passes, the days go on... and as long as there's still a tomorrow, there's always a chance. "
I found this quote very inspirational and sort of dark at the same time. I've felt like this sometimes. It really isn't a good feeling AT FIRST but then you start to realize that things aren't so bad and that there's still time for you--time to grow, time to breathe, time to LIVE. THEN everything isn't so bad anymore and you start to gain more hope and tell yourself there's always tomorrow.

NOTHING

"NOTHING for LIVING.
It was JUST somewhere to EXIST."

This is just a quote that stood out to me and made me think about a few things. For example how would I feel IF i had nowhere but nothing than a room to exist in.

Candy by Kevin Brooks ~A POEM~

I decided I should write a poem and put my creative skills to some use. :D Well, the poem I wrote was originally intended for this book but it works so I'll use it. >.<

♣♥~MY LITTLE WINDOW~♥♣
I sit here by the window
Waiting...
Watching...
Hoping for your return
My mind..
It's filled with memories of you
Consumed by you
I want you
I need you
You are my very existance
What am I to do
Can I go on living like this
So...
I'll just sit here...
By my window...
Waiting...
Watching...
HOPING.

Candy by Kevin Brooks ~1st post~

OK!!! SO my first post is a little summary about the book.

CANDY
by Kevin Brooks

This book is about a boy name Joe who meets this girl named Candy. Joe imediately falls in love with her but then soon found out her dark secret and is drawn deep into a vortex filled with
sex, drugs, money, and lies.
The reason I picekd this book was because of the plot synopsis I found on www.amazon.com. It sounded really interesting and I felt a sort of commection with the book after reading the synopsis. A lot of people had good things to say abot it also. So I decided I should read it.

I HAD HOPED to read this book in about 3 or 4 weeks depending on if I had time but i took longer than expected >.<.
